USA: Free shipping over $40 USD

AUD: Free shipping over $60 AUD


Returns

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In new condition
- Returned within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Returns must be sent by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must download and print their own return label. 

We do not charge restocking fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges are not offered at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve it promptly.


Shipping & Processing

“Shipping time” refers to the time your parcel is in transit and does not include processing time.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery timelines depend on the selected carrier.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

For international orders (AU, NZ, US), customers are responsible for any applicable duties or customs fees required by the destination country.
