Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $60

For all other international and domestic orders, shipping will be calculated upon checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow this window from when the order is placed to shipping pending payment verification. 

You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Express shipping usually takes between 1-3 working days for delivery in metro areas. Rural & remote areas, please allow additional days. Parcels will be shipped to address provided at checkout and will be left in a safe place by our couriers in the event no one is there to collect.
